  They have my tenants phone number, how hard is it to ring them and arrange a time to go.

  Have to always ring up and ask what the deal is. They never ring you and say, "we went there, this is what we found, this is your cost". Previously they went there 3 times and never fixed it. Again, no communication, just a bill a month later.
